  1. In case you haven't noticed, lots of people want something that actually works like the old system did.

    In case you haven't noticed, lots of us believe that you've fixed something that wasn't broken and the replacement has lots of issues including loss of several functions. You owe all voters an action plan to resolve before we move to another option.

  4. The extra ads in between my emails are highly offensive. I did not consent; AOL dupes via new email access without being able to reverse.

    AOL intermittently changes your new email check into agreeing to ads without any option to reverse this action, which I have never given my acquiesce.

    You are only informed of this action once you have tried to check new emails.

    I have repeatedly advised of my discontent to no avail.

  5. I seem to have an email blocked that should not be. Make it easier to find a list of blocked emails so you can correct it.

    Have an option to unblock emails that may have been blocked.

  18. return to the old format for look and feel of email.

    Ads in the beginning I can deal with, but in the middle of my email is unacceptable. Also, I keep getting what looks like a legitimate email from UPS for Lowe's, Ace Hardware and a few others saying that my package is on the way. I keep sending these to Spam which usually stopped the flow in the past but not anymore.

  20. get my mail back, inbox emptied by itself

    all my emails in my inbox disappeared up till yesterday and now it's just showing the last 4 I received. I use this for business fix it!
