  5. do a major update as half of my emails are not getting through and when they do they end up in my spam folder which I can't move them out of

  13. Please remove the need for a third party password generator since it doesn't work

    I understand wanting to make things more secure, but enhancing security won't be beneficial if people stop using their AOL emails altogether out of frustration. The third party password generator has yet to work, despite trying it over the span of a few months. This means that users have to have a completely separate app for their AOL emails, which makes having an AOL account inconvenient.

  15. Please restore old, basic format. The new one is frustrating, hard to use and just plain dysfunctional! Otherwise I will look elsewhere.

  16. Can you please give us an "unread" folder OPTION? I don't like my "read" and "unread" mail, all being in the same box.

    I need my read and unread mail in different places after I've opened them already. Can you please give us the option to have folders that contains completely new as well as already read email?

  17. something us seriously messed up and needs to be addressed. I've gotten week or more old emails pop up LATE, read/old mail won't move, etc.

    Either go back to previous version or do something to fix/patch the bugs in new version.

  18. I don't like the news page when I open app. Just want it to go to mail page! Now I get advertising on my email page, It's very distracting.

  20. Mail disappears after viewing it, I also move it to a folder to prevent this, but it's gone.

    Disapearing emails , and general lack of email notifications.
