    I am secondary on LATE Fathers account, as U were told MORE THAN ONCE, yeah his emails & favourites should be kept & no I'm no longer at the address on file, left with no fixed abode over 2 years ago, so had 2 use the free version, HOWEVER it was I that paid the aol from January of 2010 til I could no longer afford it, loom it up he passed Jan 10th 2010 3 p. m. PST

  12. Dass die Mails nicht einfach verschwinden... Wiedermal sind zig Mails weg. Bitte etwas mehr an der Archivierung unternehmen

    Wieder einmal musste ich mit Schrecken feststellen, dass sehr viele Mails nicht auffindbar sind.

    Für mich ist diese App nicht mehr zuverlässig.

If there are links, images or phrases that AOL Mail service deemed as a spam based on the complaints of other members, it will automatically go to spam folder. If the mail was sent as a mass mail, it will automatically go to the spam folder as well.

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    5. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data
