Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    give account users that uses AOL email to have the access to login and log out of there accounts, please AMEND AND MAKE A CHANGE within this company

    allow the phone app to load all of the new emails at once, instead of just 30 or so. I go through every morning and delete all the spam, then have tonwaot while it loads the next set (and the ones after that)

    sometimes when I open the AOL Mail app I see all seven of my email addresses and I can get access to all seven of them sometimes when I open it I only see one and I can't get access to any of the other ones and it's stuck in that version there's a problem with the app or something I've uninstalled the app multiple times and put it in I've turned the phone off multiple times it doesn't seem to change it

    Your app is far too slow and the news feed is prehistorically slow - that's if it doesn't freeze. Pathetic.

    I read my Email and it usually turns light so I know that I read it. How do I fix this?

    You should be able to put an individual notification tone on your app. You can do it on other apps so you can distinguish between notifications coming in.

    I do See the Email in the review, but the conteny stays empty. What can I do?

    can't click or touch through from the email to the news item.

    Problem bereits beschrieben.
    Mit diesem App werden übermäßig viele Spam Mails erhalten . Die Löschung ist neuerdings sehr langsam und muss auch manchmal wiederholt werden.

    can't always open email and have to empty cashe and lose mail to receive new
