    phone is useless to reply to AOL email! Need fixed! Samsung Z flip phone. spent 1/2 day on phone with them to figure out it is AOL. Found this today, waste of lots of peoples hours when you know the problem already!

    it's horrible, especially when in a responding thread of emails... call help at AOL tech support and they weren't helpful at all,...

    recently started after an update. if this isn't fixed soon I must stop using aol after more than 2 decades. it makes responding to an email on my phone nearly impossible. I would have complained sooner but didn't know how.

    Yep my cursor keeps bouncing to the bottom when trying to reply to emails. what happened, please help me fix this

    When I'm replying to an email the cursor keeps bouncing to the bottom of the email string rather than stay on the top.

    Very annoying and frustrating. I avoid typing or responding to emails using AOL.

    Hi! Me again. I just uninstalled the AOL Mobile app for Android and reinstalled it. It fixed the problem - at least for now. Sigh...

    Please fix this error asap. It makes composing/writing emails twice as long, with the dang cursor constantly bouncing around! Help please me and many others!!

    I thought it was just me. This is so irritating and to see this has been ongoing for such a long time now makes me want to close my account and find another provider which considering I've been with AOL for over 25 years will be highly inconvenient.

    Replying to email on cell phone is horrible (I have an Android/Samsung phone). The cursor keeps jumping all over the page. It does the same in the App and on the web page. Works okay on the computer. This just started happening after a recent release update.

    I am about to COMPLETELY close my AOL account and move to Gmail as this is pretty useless. I've been a member since DOS days.

    I have the same problem. Cursor jumps to bottom of email continuously while typing. I will use a different app now, this issue makes the app useless to use.

    This, cursor going to bottom of the email list, is only one many unsatisfactory problems with this app...the worst email app I have ever used!!!

    It now takes seemingly forever to compose a few sentences. Very annoying. Someone knows how to fix this glitch, except for the possibility that they themselves are not affected by this as they are using a different IP.

    Very annoying and is a negative impact on my productivity. Routing my correspondence thru my Gmail account until this is resolved.
