  6. fix the email. if I have clicked on a link from an email and read an article, when I return to the email, I end up in the next email.

    if while reading a link from an email another email hits my inbox, when I return to the original email, it bumps me to the next email rather than the original. stupid!

  7. AOL e-mail became too complicated using Outlook or Thunderbird. So I use a different main Provider and don't even delete old mails in AOL.

    Since the Security requirements avoided using AOL with Microsoft Outlook some years ago, I have another favourite provider. I always tidyed up my account using Outlook, so I don't delete old advertisement mails any more. Other Providers make it easier to use Outlook or Thunderbird.

  10. Why are deleted emails on my android AOL (Google Pixel 7 Pro) not deleted on my windows 11 AOL App?... It's is vey annoying!

  12. Can you please give us an "unread" folder OPTION? I don't like my "read" and "unread" mail, all being in the same box.

    I need my read and unread mail in different places after I've opened them already. Can you please give us the option to have folders that contains completely new as well as already read email?

    email format is horrific. is it possible to change back to old format. it is almost impossible to type an email anymore.. it is confusing to even follow a chain of emails now...

  17. I like the old AOL it was very clear where is the sent button? you have to push 1800 100 things and then you finally finally find it

    I like the old look and feel of AOL this is way too hard to find things.... like they sent button and what does starred even mean?
