do not like the e mail ads, and very often my e mails get stuck and only send when I reopen the app. as nd do not like the strap line

You can remove the “sent from my new AOL app” signature, pleas tap on Settings, then on signatures. Here you can erase the old one or add a new signature.

Delete all those incorrect email addresses that pop up with autocomplete. AOL saves every error I or they ever made, just to force me to go
AOL needs to allow us to delete all those erroneous email addresses that pop up with Autocomplete. They serve no useful purpose and are very annoying.
Hi there. You can delete unwanted email addresses that pop-up in the ’’To’’ field when composing, by clicking ’’x’’ from the right side of each of these email addresses. This option is only available when accessing mail.aol.com through a desktop computer or laptop.

Hi there, we are continually making changes to improve your experience. For advanced settings, go to mail.aol.com on a desktop computer and create filters under Mail Settings. You can filter incoming mail to go into Trash or Spam.

Offer support for non paying members like other email platforms.. My outgoing email is not sending and I have no one to call

By default, we block access to AOL Mail from outdated apps that could leave your account vulnerable. If we sent you an email indicating that your app is using outdated security protocols or you’re unable to log in from an older app, you still have several options available to you. The update only created trouble as it is read only on my phone. Can't compose nor respond. There in no trash folder and I guess there's no need for a sent folder since I can't send anything.
Hello there! Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it.
If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.
Let us know if you see any improvement.

Hi there. The AOL app does not have the option for spell check, you’d need to check with your phone’s keyboard settings.

The new aol format is preventing me from accessing over 1/2 of my emails each day. i am missing seeing important emails daily. change it!

not all of my emails show at any one time. I have to delete emails to get more to appear. can miss some for days with new algorithm. sucks
