  1. do not like the e mail ads, and very often my e mails get stuck and only send when I reopen the app. as nd do not like the strap line

    I do not like the e mail ads
    my mails often get "stuck" and only send when I re-open the app
    I do not like the strap line "sent from my new AOL app" and would like the option to be able to remove it
    it worked better before you messed with it.

    You can remove the “sent from my new AOL app” signature, pleas tap on Settings, then on signatures. Here you can erase the old one or add a new signature.

  2. Delete all those incorrect email addresses that pop up with autocomplete. AOL saves every error I or they ever made, just to force me to go

    AOL needs to allow us to delete all those erroneous email addresses that pop up with Autocomplete. They serve no useful purpose and are very annoying.

    Hi there. You can delete unwanted email addresses that pop-up in the ’’To’’ field when composing, by clicking ’’x’’ from the right side of each of these email addresses. This option is only available when accessing mail.aol.com through a desktop computer or laptop.

    Hi there. We understand your reluctance in adding a phone number to your account. We recommend adding a phone number and an alternate email address in order to keep your account secure and be able to reset your password online.

  7. how do I find all my email addresses. I can't remember the second one

    I have more than one email address and can't remember the second one. Any idea how to search it.

    If you’ve started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. This can also be an indication that another login account has been compromised.

    The update only created trouble as it is read only on my phone. Can't compose nor respond. There in no trash folder and I guess there's no need for a sent folder since I can't send anything.

    Hello there! Please uninstall/reinstall the email app or remove and re-add your account to it.

    If the issue persists, please turn your phone off/on and switch between data and WIFI.

    can not launch any attachments or links when someone send me an email. You can see it,0 but when click on it, it is not highlighted and won't launch
