    What has happened? I have used AOL for years! Now I can’t even sign in.. AND I have the correct password!!!!😡
    So perturbed....

    Everytime I sign in they asked me to verify through an email I can’t access could you make it through the phone number because Im transfering everything to the new phone could you help me?

  7. Old inbox mail

    I’m not able to access and read my old mails. Whenever a mail comes in and read, it automatically goes away instead of moving or staying in the old mail folder/section.

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

    1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    2. Restart your mobile device
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    You could also switch to the Unified Inbox view by following the steps in this article: https://help.aol.com/articles/how-do-i-switch-to-the-unified-inbox-view, and make sure that all the other email apps that are you using are set up as IMAP.

  8. Tired of being locked out

    AOL managed to charge my account but I can’t use it.
    Either repair what everyone is complaint about or I will block payment and close account. All others mail sites are free anyway. I’ve kept this bc I’ve had it forever

    Site does not work right, either don’t load or continuously scroll back to beginning as if searching or ‘chasing its tail. Only supports why I don’t use AOL!

  12. Why in the world have you not fixed this? Cannot open links within emails

    I’m on iPad and iPhone and links will no longer open. There is also no way to now open a link in safari...not working for a year or so. WHY WON’T YOU FIX THIS!!!!

  13. Secondary web links don’t open - very frustrating!

  14. Email in landscape mode.

    When I am reading email in landscape format on my new iPhone XR the text slips back to beginning as I read down the text. This only happens when I open in the AOL app. Can this be corrected?
    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no improvement.

  15. Blockheads AOL

    AOL needs to stop posting individuals names and password on screens subject lines. Most federal agencies are hit with law sue when personal data is posted in subject lines. Maybe I should consider that. I do not want to see my private information in anyone subject lines not even when it is coming to me. What if someone pick up my phone and all my private info is in their face. Your careless makes it easier for hackers.

  17. Share my information

    Please stop asking me to say yes to sharing my information an not allowing me to get to my mail every time I try to check my mail and the pop up doesn’t give the option to say no if I don’t want to share my information I should have the option to say no and do it only one time it’s just not right
