My mailbox won’t update..
My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

Let me receive my AOL emails on my mail app for the iPhone. This AOL app isn’t what I want to use to receive and send my emails.
I want my AOL emails to return to my iPhone mail app. I don’t want to use your AOL app. Pretty sneaky of AOL to decide for me how I choose to receive a send emails. Especially on Christmas Day I want nothing to do with your app yet you force me to do so to get my emails on my iPhone. Extremely rotten of you to do so Once again you did it on Christmas Day. As if I don’t have anything better to do than spend 2 plus hours calling researching and being told to pay a fee…

delete emails after they’ve been in inbox for a certain amount of time
Have an option to automatically delete your emails after they’ve been in your inbox for say 30 days, 2 months, 3 months, or something like that. especially if they haven’t been read.

Notifications
Bring back where the email is sent from. After the last update it doesn’t display where it’s from only the first couple of lines of it’s content.

Inbox only known senders
Before I was able to put only known senders through inbox, now I can’t anymore. That was very useful now I have too much spam in my inbox (1400+). Please bring back that feature.

Unable to connect to my aol mail phone but able to connect on my computer
Unable to access my aol mail on my IPhone! Can access it on my computer!

App crash
With the new update the app crashes when you attempt to open saved mail folder and the spam mailbox to delete the spam .

Need a “Delete All” button after doing a search instead of clicking each email.
I’m going through a massive email dump and there should be a easier better way of selecting over 500 emails from a keyword search for something like “Ticketmaster” or “Yahoo”. Instead I’ve spent the past 3 hours clicking and deleting every **** email under these searches.

Allow font choices when composing emails and in the signature.

AOL v mail app
Why is my mail app faster than the aol app? I receive new mail much faster in another mail aggregator app. What’s up with that?
Is it that aol is clogged by adds and loading other non-mail info?
I stopped using the aol app because of its sluggish mail loading.

Details of emails
Please always show all email addresses associated with the email.
Having to hit “details” every time is annoying.

Settings in Mail won’t save for long
My changes to the settings in the Mail app won’t save for long.
It works until i re-start the phone, and then it reverts back to the default settings. This is for my mail signature on emails and for how many lines to preview.
They won’t save permanently.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, it didn’t help, and I’ve tried using Wi-Fi or cellular With the same results. -
Moving mail to folders
AOL used to automatically offer a folder to move mail to, generally based on email address. How can I get that again?

Notifications for iPhone
I wish the AOL app would allow you get notifications for email from selected senders, not just all emails received. This would be similar to Apple’s VIP list.
