No AOL calendar in the iOS app
I'm a super long time AOL member and I know this question has been asked before but WHY isn't there full functionality in the iOS app? The AOL calendar and tasks functions are super useful. I run my household and business with the AOL calendar and tasks and the lack of availability in the iOS app is really shortchanging the app. Make it a premium feature and yeah I would pay a couple of bucks a month to have that available or like $20 a year or something as a subscription in the app.

You have decided to use iOS 17 which my iPhone doesn’t have the hardware for so I can’t access my email account when in the process of purchasing a property and needing to send and receive emails from solicitors and estate agents is outrageous I have had no warning just randomly locked out of my account I can not afford to replace my phone at the moment so options needed so idea leave alone what already works if it ain’t broke don’t fix it don’t bother replying as I won’t be able to access email to read thanks very much

I can no longer access AOL APP with my iphone X. Blue pop up says requires update and I can not update this device!! No WARNING

AOL freezes
Hello for as long as I have had an iPhone which has been years I find that AOL freezes at least several times a week when I click Mail and it starts to load the actual mail. There is nothing that can be done. You can’t close out the window. The only thing I find that works is holding the power button to speak and telling Apple to shut down. It’s a huge annoyance and I don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed.

Dislike the program change too much for just letter and color concern
Before new update about maybe month ago or more and I like the way it was before. Because I look into mail letter to read then I close it then later reopen the app suddenly it went back to home page itself. It’ll lose my mailbox letter and then have too find the same letter a usual. I like the same situation like it was before and even the Yellow icon not good either too. When I read an email notification that sounds interesting, I click on that notification and the AOL app says that email doesn’t exist
I’ll get a notification of an email that sounds interesting and so I tap the notification to read the email. The app opens and then says the email cannot be found! This has happened numerous times and it is frustrating!

Class Action Suit against AOL?
I wonder if anyone on these posts has the time to initiate a class action suit against AOL for not blocking the obscene and other spam received after many of us followed the procedures to filter out or block those and they kept coming for a long time. Is anyone still getting those types of emails? Class action suits result in only a few dollars for each person but it seems the only way to disincentivize large companies from abusing us.

Fix the full screen pop up ads, can’t access mail at all.
Visual BUG per Cust Service. Once in inbox ~3-5 sec screen goes white w/pop up ad in center. Only navigation buttons are New Mail, Home. You can go back to mail screen but in 3-5 seconds it just repeats the issue again. Not enough time to open emails or anything. Phone support unable to help, advised I log issue here. I’ve been unable to use AOL app since 2/23 AM. Deleted app, Reinstalled, ran updates, rebooted, nothing fixes it. Please correct or I’ll be forced to change email service to another provider. Log in. I can’t log in. Geek Squad helped me on my computer password works fine however when I try to use it on my iPhone it tells me it’s incorrect. I can’t get to yall.

Logging onto AOL app after changing password is impossible
I simply changed my password and now the AOL app on my iPhone will not let me log in! I’ve tried everything! And yo want me to pay for any assistance with your app! I guess after 30 years with AOL you want me to leave for GMail! Congrats - I’ve had it with AOL!

Fix app to not override .ics calendar entry date with current date
When receiving an external email with an attached .ics calendar invitation entry, the app overrides the .ics calendar date with the current date in the Apple iOS environment

The app’s opening yellow screen “holds” and delays in opening the app
The last 2 app updates have not fixed this delay in the app actually opening. Both the AOL app and iOS are current recent versions.

Old mail file
Please put back the separate OLD MAIL file. Having to find new and unopened email by going through new, old and unopened email is insane. This is awful having old and new mail in one place on iPad app.

When you an email on the day received there is no date stamp, only “today at 3:00PM”
On the AOL email app when you print an email on the day received there is no date stamp, only “today at 3:00PM” This is very inconvenient when you refer to the printout in the future as you have no idea about the date received. That is not the case on the AOL website mail. Perhaps there’s a setting on the app, if not it would be a big improvement if this was addressed. As far as I can tell this is not a setting on the printer.
