  1. The yellow app icon is HORRENDOUS!

    Either change it back to blue or pick a different, less OBNOXIOUS color. Who’s bright, ugly idea was this?

  2. Problems attaching documents to emails

    I’m unable to attach documents to emails. This is a basic need for any email app. The only files I can attach are attachments previously received, or photos. I’m sure something has changed as it wasn’t always like this.

    Please help the search facility in emails is not working again!
    It is always difficult to search for emails, especially from a chosen sender.
    Historically this used to work fine, it is only in recent updates it has stopped working.

  4. Update never opens to mail, always news

    I am hating that the update defaults to opening AOL News. I only use the app for checking email, and I shouldn’t have to click to email every time I open the app. Makes me want to get rid of AOL. Change the default to whatever category a user last used when they were in the app.

  6. Go back to old AOl so called upgrade DOESNT WORK WELL ON IPAD!

  7. straight-to-inbox feature is no longer working

    I have the paid version of the app that allows you to go straight to your inbox when you open it, and that feature is no longer working. I’ve restored purchases and everything and no matter what when I open the app it goes to the new stories that mind you I have no desire to see.

  9. Sending myself an email

    Dear AOL, on your new yellow AOL App, now when I send myself an email, and I delete the one in “Sent” but I keep the one in “Inbox” or I move the “Inbox” one to “Saved” — it now deletes BOTH of them, but I do not want to keep 2 copies of the same email. I also use Mail App for iPhone, so I refresh them both, and the emails all get deleted. But I am now forced to keep 2 same copies of emails or they will all get deleted. Can you please fix this issue? Thank…

  10. Previous version

    The app is performing really bad since early February update. Since then few updates were done, but keep getting worse than ever. It take forever to check mail. Close app, open again, close again, open again. It took much longer to load the app as well. Please change to previous version. It’s not working at all.

  15. Option to turn off news

    The news is a horrible and triggering feature that should have an option to be turned off or at least customized accordingly. I am not a fan of opening the app to news everytime and having to close my eyes just to get to my inbox. Please fix this, I'm not the first to be concerned about this feature.

  17. Just installed ISO 18.1 on my Ipad, I can view my email but freezes when trying to return to home screen.

    Seems like a bug not addressed with 18.1 update. Update app. to work as previously intended.
