  1. Change the AOL app back to blue from yellow!!

    When I updated the AOL app it’s no longer blue, it’s yellow. Please change it back. It’s been blue the last 30 years.

    I don’t like the new yellow app icon. It reminds me of yellow cab or construction. Please change back to blue or to a more mellow color. Thank you

  5. Get rid of ugly yellow on AOL icon

    The warning traffic sign YELLOW of the new IOS mail icon is horrible. It is glaring and annoying. You really need to go back to blue or another cool color, defined as in, shades of green, blue, and purple, and their variations, which evoke feelings of calmness and tranquility.

  8. If it isn't BLUE, it's not AOL!

    Are you kidding now with the YELLOW logo. AOL must remain BLUE, just as it was when I was one of the first to sign on to AOL. There are a lot of things that can be improved with AOL. Changing the color is not one of them! Stop trying to change things that are not broken, and focus on changes that will improve the service. Nobody likes this yellow logo. Are you listening?

  14. When you an email on the day received there is no date stamp, only “today at 3:00PM”

    On the AOL email app when you print an email on the day received there is no date stamp, only “today at 3:00PM” This is very inconvenient when you refer to the printout in the future as you have no idea about the date received. That is not the case on the AOL website mail. Perhaps there’s a setting on the app, if not it would be a big improvement if this was addressed. As far as I can tell this is not a setting on the printer.

  16. New Inbox Highlights

    I was asked to provide additional information regarding the "Inbox highlights" section within the IOS Device. If you go to Accounts < Settings & Privacy < scroll down to "inbox highlights. There is a "packages" toggle button that will not stay on so I can track my packages like I used to. The "package auto tracking" button is grayed out and I assume it is because the packages toggle button is not working. Are you able to fix this? I have deleted my mobile AOL app, re-added it, rebooted, called in for support twice but they were unable to resolve.

  17. A more tactical approach to addressing media’s lack of empathy

    would like to see an immediate change on how media sources are observing proper royal etiquette by treating and respecting the member of the Royal family especially when it comes to addressing the wife of Prince William as Princess Kate by acknowledging her respective title instead of habitually addressing her simply and inappropriately as Kate Middleton. When the late Princess Diana was known publicly as Princess Di, why the same cannot be applied to Princess Kate? After all she’s the Princess and not the commoner as she previously was Identified as.

  19. Text in body fault

    I was an AOL Gold Beta tester for years. When I use the iOS aol App to write an email, my auto signature is prewritten in the body of the blank email. When I type a message, the first word is at the top of the body space but the second word defaults to appearing immediately after the auto signature.

    I have always thought aol was much better to use than "outlook" and " Explorer" and would suggest that since aol is a better user friendly interface, focussing on aol as the iOS email app of choice will be a…
