AOL freezes
Hello for as long as I have had an iPhone which has been years I find that AOL freezes at least several times a week when I click Mail and it starts to load the actual mail. There is nothing that can be done. You can’t close out the window. The only thing I find that works is holding the power button to speak and telling Apple to shut down. It’s a huge annoyance and I don’t understand why this hasn’t been fixed.

AOL
When I delete an Email, the previous Email ( the one on top) will automatically turn grey meaning that I have already read that Email but that never happened. Very frustrating! Because I have to go to that Email and mark unread.

After clicking a notification for an email I’ve received, it says, “Message not found.”
After clicking a notification for an email I’ve received, it says, “Message not found.” This has been going on for ever.
I kept a video of an incident exactly like this if anyone from AOL reads this and wants me to send it.

When I read an email notification that sounds interesting, I click on that notification and the AOL app says that email doesn’t exist
I’ll get a notification of an email that sounds interesting and so I tap the notification to read the email. The app opens and then says the email cannot be found! This has happened numerous times and it is frustrating!

Class Action Suit against AOL?
I wonder if anyone on these posts has the time to initiate a class action suit against AOL for not blocking the obscene and other spam received after many of us followed the procedures to filter out or block those and they kept coming for a long time. Is anyone still getting those types of emails? Class action suits result in only a few dollars for each person but it seems the only way to disincentivize large companies from abusing us.

Yellow aol app is not working
Yellow aol app is not working but the blue aol app is working. Emails are not updating even after reinstalling it. I was advised to submit feedback after contacting AOL technical support

Log in. I can’t log in. Geek Squad helped me on my computer password works fine however when I try to use it on my iPhone it tells me it’s incorrect. I can’t get to yall.

Macht AOL zu dem, was es mal war. Eigene App. Schneller Zugang und Top Service. Zur Zeit ist AOL einfach nur SCHLECHT. Der neue Betreiber sollte sich mal Gedanken machen.

A New Way to Catch Up
Please can I turn off the daily “A new way to catch up” notification. It is so irritating and the only way I can see to stop it is to turn off all notifications which isn’t ideal.

“Read the Full Story”
Why have you added “Read the Full Story” to the news feed? When you open the link the actual article does not open. Just unrelated articles, ads, etc…it’s pure clickbait!

Cannot open news stories.
Cannot open news stories on News, Top Stories page on iPhone. It just opens another page with that article heading and a bunch of ads and other headlines. If you scroll down and tap on Read full story, it takes you to another page with other articles. Seeing the original article is not possible.
