LOST A CUSTOMER
I am a verizon email now aol customer. Called for assistance due to the issue with having my Mac mail receiving my verizon AOL emails. I've been dealing with this for two days. Finally called AOL customer service and spoke to Joe. He took my name and email then listened to what I had to say. Next thing I know he tried to sell me technical support for $14.95. I just needed him to help me log in. AOL is doing this on purpose to sell their services. I am knowledgable with the computer and tried the port settings and…

System Mechanic
Question:
I have been going through this **** for days. I received your product/service through my Preferred Customer Statues with AOL.
The past week I have had NOTHING but problems with System Mechanic. AOL cant/wont help me (even though they supplied it, they have NO CLUE !!! And I have to RE-Download program every Morning at sign-in.), SO... They send me to you, But, Your customer service S*CKS, the FREE articles you "lead" me to are Useless, and you wont talk/chat with me unless I purchase premium. By marking messages as Spam or Not Spam you are customizing your personal Spam filter to learn what is spam and what is not.
Emails will be tagged as a spam depending on the behavior it was sent or on the spam controls of the recipient. If there are links, images or phrases that AOL Mail service deemed as a spam based on the complaints of other members, it will automatically go to spam folder. If the mail was sent as a mass mail, it will automatically go to the spam folder as well.
Also, please make sure this email address is added to your Contacts list.

Stop showing terrorists face and image. Disgusting but this is AOL not something I actually respect. Off topic: when I tell a website to send me a confirm email I EXPECT THE EMAIL. It's happened thousands of times to the point I use GMAIL instead. Awful website

Mail Bouncing Back or Never Received by me
AOL needs to be sure that I receive all e-mail sent to me. I have people telling me that the e-mail bounced back to them or I never receive their e-mails. I have been with AOL since 1999. Please fix this issue.

Every day every computer I have to click make AOL homepage. My settings are correct. does not help
There is a problem with the setting part off Make AOL my home page. Mine is set correctly and every time I log on to every Computer in the house it wants me to set it again and it will not let me do it It just stays the same. This has been going on for a while. AOL has always been my home page and never had any problem with that part before.

I want to delete aol from my computer but even the computer shops cannot, what the **** is wrong with just a place it says DELETE, or don't your queeks understand that, will never use it again and will let everyone on facebook know what a ****** out fit you are

Shameful that your financial provider has so many inaccurate quotes for extended periods with no disclaimer...off by $1000s in my portfolio, only responses from "support" have been the same form letter several times with excuses and apologies for "the inconvenience"...FIX IT or warn people...at least take responsibility for the miserable and misleading information...

fix your aol games web site
make sure site is working, my slot games tiers advance calculator is stuck now for about a month. I am playing 1000's of games but it does not advance even with the 2xp that masque gave me. tier gauge is supposed to be in a bright color but mine is just grey.

E-Mail notification
If I read my AOL E-Mail you need to erase the notification that I have E-Mail from my AOL home page faster. The notification that I have mail 15 to 20 minutes after I've read it is ridiculous.

Spam, email frustrations, leaving
My idea is dropping my AOL account if it continues to be so freaking annoying to get my mail. I can no longer access my mail daily on my phone. I started signing in on Safari and now I get the 😤amazon spin the wheel 💩 every time I try to do anything. It won’t be long until i say I am done with AOL. I don’t want spam or frustration when I access my mail. If that can’t happen I know there are others available.

The site information icon (the green lock in the address box) changes when opening emails containing embedded images (mostly newsletters) which are transmitted in the HTTP protocol. Since the AOL Mail page is using the Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure protocol (HTTPS), loading an HTTP image in an HTTPS session does not compromise security. All authentication cookies and data is passed over HTTPS so rest assured you’re safe with us!
