I have received a note indicating that my email will be cancelled unless I send my password for a new one .
Provide a clear way to determine if messages are truly from AOL and that information have it easily accessible so that others don't have to spend time looking for valid vs invalid yielding not information but a lot of frustration.

On 6 July my AOL mail account was hacked and my contacts list stolen. Hacker solicited money from all contacts. Since then all my incoming mail goes directly to "recently deleted". How do I correct this?

Y'all absolute are the worst.
I need to reset my password.
I click on the reset password link.
Gives 2 options.
1. To call. Which when you do, it's a premium service you have to pay for
2. To use the online help service.
But when I click for online help, it takes me back to the screen I started from where I asked for reset password. And it just keeps going around and around.

When I try to present an opposing opinion on a news article; sometimes my post gets rejected, saying your post doesn't adhere to our community standards; but I can't find how I am violating any of them.
