    Stop being one sided with news and give real news. Everything is pro democrat and attacks republicans and still focuses on Trump even though he has been out of office for over a year. When someone takes over it is ridiculous to focus on a past president for mistakes a current president is making. I pay for service to focus on current events and real news.   3. Instructions for setting up outlook as a desktop agent is sparse and incomplete

    The help suggests Outlook as a desktop app can be configured to work. It worked right up until you change the authentication scheme. It also references app specific passwords as a solution but fails to explain what apps OR how Outlook and AOL will know. I created a password for outlook, it does not work. The help fails to explain if the name placed on the password matters and if it does how exactly. What do I tell Outlook about that password if anything? My accounts are from Verizon, the help suggests that I must use specific POP/IMAP names/ports. Sadly,…

    Stop Sending me all these popups. Extremely annoying. If I wanted what you are trying to sell me then I would contact YOU. After all these pop ups and I haven't bought what you are trying to sell you would think you would get the message! Come on knock it off. After all the years I have been a subscriber to AOL,( since the very beginning). give me some respect!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why does AOL have so many issues???

  8. Your browser is good for nothing get a better One

    Hello, I cant have a new tab, browser keeps the one is open and don't let open a new one, like if I want to put the url address keeps showing the one is open, want to use a new tab, and don't work, is been about a year that I been reporting this malfunction of your horrible browser. You people make changes to worse, not to improve. Do something now!

  10. i want my aol search screen unattached to my favorites or im cancelling my aol

    for a week now the aol search screen is attached to my favorites and i feaking hate it!!!! You need to change this new feature back or im canceling my aol membership. this is bs!!!! over 25 years with aol and this happens, this is ridiculous.

  12. get rid of the aol search screen that is attached to my favorites. I want my favorites to stand alone!!!!!

    My aol favorites is attached to the aol search screenand i dont like it at all!!! It started on monday. They told me its a new feature but i dont like it one bit. I want my favorites to stand alone on the right the way it was. Please fix this immediately!!!!!!

  14. Provide disable newsfeed "Today on AOL" when signing in

    Provide disable newsfeed "Today on AOL" when signing in. It says that this feature can easily be disabled by going to Options, select mail settings, general, un-check the "Show me Today on AOL when signing in" in feature. Doesn't work. Still get 50-60 news' daily! Please help!

    quit with the censoring of our comments that do not contain any 'hurtful' words! i can like or dislike something and it appears that any of my comments post, but they don't and there is nothing 'mean' in them. i may disagree with one of your left leaning news stories and say why, which is my right to do, but for you to censor it because you don't agree with me is wrong! i also cannot see any replies to other posts, not any can i see! WHY?????
