  1. "New" AOL is not working for me. Why fix what was not broken. The new version is so bad I may leave AOL. Can I return toforme AOL mail?

    Allow members to decide which AOL MAIL they want. The new one is dreadful. Considering a new site. I have been on AOL since 1998. Worked fine. This is a night mare. May I ask what genius created this mess?

  2. CLEARLY state where and how we should forward very questionable phishing expeditions.

    Trying to get a fast email address to forward suspicious phishing emails is impossible. AOL seems to do everything so that it doesn't know about what's happening to real customers. PLEASE GIVE US AN UP_FRONT ADDRESS WHERE WE CAN FORWARD SUSPICIOUS EMAILS.

  4. On September 1, server changes are now preventing imap connections

    On September 1, 2022, server changes are now preventing imap connections to outlook, at least on my windows 7 computer and any type of connection on my kindle fire even with aol generated passwords. Impossible to share issues with tech support even if I pay for support. Are the days of AOL coming to an end?

  18. I have received a note indicating that my email will be cancelled unless I send my password for a new one .

    Provide a clear way to determine if messages are truly from AOL and that information have it easily accessible so that others don't have to spend time looking for valid vs invalid yielding not information but a lot of frustration.

    Your comment on Four killed in sheriff's department helicopter crash in New Mexico has been rejected as it contains content that is in breach of our community guidelines.

    Condolences to the families, friends, and colleagues who lost loved ones in this crash. Gratitude for the service of these 4 precious souls. Thanks to all law enforcement officers and fire fighters who stand in the gap for all of us.
