    I need to reset my password.
    I click on the reset password link.
    Gives 2 options.
    1. To call. Which when you do, it's a premium service you have to pay for
    2. To use the online help service.
    But when I click for online help, it takes me back to the screen I started from where I asked for reset password. And it just keeps going around and around.
    Do you all actually think this is a good thing. It has to be on purpose because you created a ling to take you back to the original scren. y'all…

    HELP SUPPORT SHOULD BE FOR ALL MEMBERS THAT HAS BEEN WITH YOU FROM THE START. I STARTED WITH YOU SINCE THE CD AND PHONE ACCESS. HELP SHOULD NOT BE ONLY FOR PAID CUSTOMERS. I CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAILS WHICH IS CRITICAL TO ME!

  10. why is my account labeled suspicious when I have been a member for 25+ years?

    After 25 + years why do I have to verify my identity? Is AOL becoming not a viable search engine. If this isn't resolved soon I will stop using AOL. NEED AN ANSWER!

  12. it would be nice if AOL Help actually helped me instead of trying to sell me an update to a new program.

    You stopped delivering my emails from smugmug a distributor of my photos, and wont help me get my notifications of sale. Instead all you want to do is sell me some ****, how about some support first.???

    When I try to present an opposing opinion on a news article; sometimes my post gets rejected, saying your post doesn't adhere to our community standards; but I can't find how I am violating any of them. No cursing, no making fun of or bullying the other person. In fact, my post is just as respectful as the first poster, but mine gets rejected, and his stays up.   15. Nathan from Phillipines? suggested I pay for basic aol question as to why I received a rate limited when I tried to sign on.

    Customer svc number did not state paid svc or 24x7 svc on your website for account help. I should not have to pay if a rate limited appears when I try to sign on. I only signed on once that day 6/2/22. That wouldn't be my fault. However; Nathan from Philippines wanted to charge me. He should have mentioned that in the beginning of the call. Also; a technical glitch once again will not let me sign in on my other emails with AOL; as if I can't have multiple emails with AOL.

  20. Customer support agents are greedy, unhelpful liars

    My grandmother has been a faithful AOL customer for decades. Whenever she calls to receive help with her computer from your paid tech support service, the agents literally ALWAYS lie to her and sell her a ****** product that she did not need nor was even relevant to the issue that she was having.

    You should be ashamed to call yourself a helpful service, much less a service.

    When someone calls and asks for help with an issue that takes literally 5 seconds to fix, you should help them and not reach into their wallet.
