problem with automated system when calling AOL
When calling in AOL, the automated system asks me for the first 3 letters of my email. It is abs and the system asks me to repeat multiple times before sending me to an agent. Would like this fixed. Thanks so much.

why am I blocked from entering comments in news stories ?
Something has changed recently for comments in news articles. If I click on read all comments, it just take me to another page of the same content. I also can't post in comments section. What's up ?

Now that you seem to have changed the format and only show a few posted comments, will you tell us how to see the rest of the comments.
How do you look at other than the few posted comments you show? Clicking on the line that says more comments does nothing.

If I am logged into my account. Why do I have to sign in to post a comment.
I am logged into my account. I read my mail. I start reading news items on the home page. When I try to comment, I get a message that says "sign in to post." Tell me again what I am paying for. Fix this or give me my monthly money back.

Improve the service for AOL chat
After reviewing the other items listed, it seems this is an issue that needs a lot of attention but it seems not to be addressed. Bad customer service should not be left like this to be repeated over and over. I am disappointed. First time I ever needed it and not be available. I know just another disappointed customer!

Why am I banned from the comments sections?
Are you Big Brother now? There doesn't seem to be any actual human beings working for your company. No one responds to any of these comments listed below. I had one person respond that couldn't help me because AOL had to respond to me. Still waiting........

AOL GOLD beta not working properly on Windows 11
c:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\ is where AOL GOLD is installed.
On Windows11 each user must have their own MS userid & PW.
but other users don't get aol as it's not in the PROGRAM FILES directory.Do you have a fix for this?

How is it that COVID is affecting email support? Can't your employees work remotely like other technology companies?
Join the 21st century. Provide something remotely resembling average support for your customers. Provide a way for your support team to provide email support. How is it you can still do phone support (for paying members) during COVID but you can't provide email support?! Please transfer verizon emails to another company that actually cares about providing support.

Connect to chat faster
It took quite a while for my chat connection to happen. I had waited almost 10 minutes. Ran to get my phone and then got connected. It was frustrating to wait so long.
