AOL Help is useless and a waste of time
Why doesn't AOL be honest about providing help. From the get-go, admit that you don't want to answer help inquiries. Being forthright about such matters would save a lot of time and effort. I'd appreciate honesty, in fact much more the dancing that AOL currently uses. You might even start a trend! If you don't want to help (or can't!), say so.

Password reset
it is really poor customer service to not help reset a password. Forcing users to sign up for a service that they may not need or use ever again does not make a person want to use your services. There are other free email accounts that can be used in your place.

UNABLE TO OPEN ATTACHMENTS IN AOL MAIL WHY?
OT SURE WHY BUT I'M UNABLE TO OPEN ATTACHMENTS IN MY AOL MAIL. I HAVE BEEN WITH AOL SINCE 1995 AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE. MY COMPUTER IS AN IMAC AND HAVE USED FIREFOX, SAFARI AND CHROME WITH SAME RESULTS. I HAVE REBOTTED THE COMPUTER SEVERAL TIMES AND CLEAR ALL COOKIES, CACHE ETC WITH SAME RESULTS. ALL MY SOFTWARE IN THE COMPUTER IS UP TO DATE AND HAVE NO ISSUES OPENING DOCUMENTS OR FILES ON THE DESKTOP OR EVEN ON THE INTERNET. NOT SURE WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP. CAN YOU ASSIST ME PLEASE.

I am trying to find out why my Outlook had no new emails, and AOL has!
Outlook, my usual email service has had no new emails for 2 days, since I received an email from AOL informing that all as of 8/22 all mailboxes would be closing. Is this a scam?

Even if I type "HELLO" into a comment box, it gets REJECTED saying that I violated aol policy....WHAT???

HELP should be free or else it forces us to go to gmail when we would like to stay with AOL.
I need help to unfreeze receipt of emails after I was hacked. But I can't get help without signing up for free trial and giving cc information, which means I have to switch to gmail after 30 years of using aol, which I would prefer not to do. You need free AOL help.

Your Comments section is not user friendly and also getting flagged for the slightest comment that goes against the left's socialist agenda
Why can't I get to my comments when I see that there's a response? First, you have me flagged for some reason, probably because I don't go along with the leftist narrative; however, I was flagged for using the word ***, really? When I click on my notifications, AOL doesn't take me back to that conversation point, and I have to search to find the response. It should take me right to the comment.

AOL needs to work on it's billing system immediately!
Updating billing is ridiculously cumbersome.

prioritize responses to search as to correlation to question
When searching for " enable java script" I get all sorts of stuff not answering the qestion. Your program should be able to understand what system I am on and what version of AOL i am on and answer the question directly.
