  2. Please update your 3rd party setup instructions to reflect having to sign into AOL to generate a OTP to be successful.

    The instructions need to remind folks to sing in online and generate a OTP for the new device they are connecting.

    Is your insistence that unions "make workers settle for the lowest common denominator!"

    I've been a union person my entire life...

    And other than a few examples...

    I've never felt, or seen anyone who felt entitled to "the lowest common denominator!"

    That's simply an excuse used by those who fail to understand the realities... and can't stand that workers might have any voice or leverage in gaining the respect and quality-of-work life they deserve while…

    Is NOT "the big issue" with unions!

    The big issue is the leveling of the playing field between workers... who deserve respect, a livable wage, and a quality-of-work life...

    And employers... who essentially hold all the cards... controlling wages, work rules, and job security!

    10-6 and 10-9 Stop harassing users asking daily for verification code-you are not a financial institution but bleeping email. Also, we do
    not log in our credit card/bank accounts daily. Fix the issue

    reasons. Using VPN is a modern technology to protect

  17. Lost e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to retrieve e-mail I have to pay.Sounds like extortion, contacting FCC!!

    Lost at least 3 weeks worth of e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to fix the problem that AOL created that I have to get a premium account. This sounds like extortion! Holding my e-mails *******. I am contacting the FCC.

  19. I used to be able to alphabetize my inbox emails for easy deletion. Now there is no option. I am frustrated and upset
