    Your website won't open up emails quickly and it's getting worse. Also when I search files on the left side of my email the task bar doesn't work well at all it just jumps fast after not responding. Your too busy bashing Trump and NOT taking care that your own website works. I hate AOL will be leaving it soon!!!!!!!!!!!

    Master username Debbie Floyd

    I would like to remove sub usernames tedleoclaramae.

    My parent died last two years ago. No longer to keep sub usernames!

    Anyway, I did set up a new sub username for my parent and anyway, they never used it. My parent died last two years ago.

    I would like to change new password to my new ID user name and it is Debbie.

    I can change my new passwords by myself.

  4. You can improve many peoples' experience by not having ads cover about 1/3 of the content of the headline articles. It's beyond irritating

    When I choose to read a headline article would like to read the entire article, not just the 2/3 of the page not covered by advertisements which apparently have no shut-off. At a time when national news is critically important, it shows clear corporate disregard for anything of importance that might be said in the second half of any article that can't be read through your paid advertising.

    AOL newstype is too small. It should be larger. The background is white and too much glare with the small lettering.

  9. Commenting Ban Question

    Why have I been banned from commenting on the AOL articles without so much as a notification? My last post was 15 days ago. I have been an AOL member for years. I see multiple people have this same problem. If you're using OpenWeb to control access. That may explain the reason.

  13. I need my older email.back

    My older email that was just like this one minus one digit had access to pictures that I can't get that are irreplaceable family pictures and it says it closed out due to age okay so why not reopen it or let me make new with sane name so I can get access to accounts that have ireellaceable pictures ugh it's frustrating.

  16. Teach customer service skills.

    Stop trying to "up sell $29.99" services to people on Social Security who have been customers for over 20 years. Your agents are far more interested in making you $$$, than helping the people around when you were the "top dog" of email. Shame on you

    I'm a paid subscriber to a Daily E-Mail from GoComics.com. For the last week and a half I haven't received my expected e-mail from

    comics@mycomicspage.com

    Please look into it. They say they've been sending them. I've not had this problem for the 15 years that I've subscribed. And I believe I'm still receiving all my other e-mails.

  18. fix font size stability

    Changing font size fails to stay put in writing new mail. 5 helpers could not fix this. SO FIX IT. I WANT FONT SIZE TO STAY WHERE I PUT IT IN WRITING AND READING MAIL. DOES NOT WORK. HELP IS UNABLE TO FIX IT.

  19. You keep asking for me to create a default email should I ever be locked out of my account....Well, You make it impossible to do so.

    Go back to your original design and format. This new, improved and alienating design is impoverished and you are losing customers.
