  4. Spam box has not shown how many emails inside of the Spambox

    A lot of my emails went into spam box and the spam box doesn’t shown how many email inside of the spam box. Is AOL designed it in purpose?

  6. Please update your 3rd party setup instructions to reflect having to sign into AOL to generate a OTP to be successful.

    The instructions need to remind folks to sing in online and generate a OTP for the new device they are connecting.

    10-8-23 all my feedback deleted regarding you harassing and terrorizing me. Asking for phone verification code is unnecessary pain for users. Apparently, we cannot complain because you deleted all negative feedback. It terror on steroids.

    10-6 and 10-9 Stop harassing users asking daily for verification code-you are not a financial institution but bleeping email. Also, we do
    not log in our credit card/bank accounts daily. Fix the issue
    unless you harassing users solely for racist or political
    reasons. Using VPN is a modern technology to protect
    account and we do not have to drop it for your atavistic
    convenience. This is IT terror not protecting cunsumers. You are pompous self-importan a,,holes

  11. Lost e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to retrieve e-mail I have to pay.Sounds like extortion, contacting FCC!!

    Lost at least 3 weeks worth of e-mail, now being told that in order to have technical support to fix the problem that AOL created that I have to get a premium account. This sounds like extortion! Holding my e-mails *******. I am contacting the FCC.

  13. I used to be able to alphabetize my inbox emails for easy deletion. Now there is no option. I am frustrated and upset

    How to alphabetize inbox emails. This option used to be available before your changes came. I don't like the changes.

  15. An opening page at beginning prevents going to emails directly..and too few fonts

    Get rid of that opening page and the next one and let users go directly to email.'
    Add more font choices.

  16. SWITCH BACK TO AOL CLASSIC RE: NOTHING HAS WORKED IN YAHOO, INC. AND YOUR HELP SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

    YAHOO, INC. EMAIL IS TERRIBLE!! I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE MY VERIZON EMAIL ACCOUNT SINCE YOU SWITCHED FROM AOL TO YAHOO, INC. RE: NOTHING WORKS, I CAN'T EVEN DELETE MESSAGES FROM MY INBOX. I'M PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR AN EMAIL ACCOUNT THAT'S UNUSABLE. PERHAPS FILING AN ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND FTC COMPLAINT WILL MOTIVATE VERIZON TO SWITCH CUSTOMERS ACCOUNTS BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF AOL AS PER CUSTOMERS' REQUESTS.

  17. GARBAGE PROGRAMMING FAULTS IN NEW VERSION OF SOFTWARE and useless means of contact

    Response to the below email.

    I don't use Twitter ( too many poor quality exchanges) or Facebook ( privacy issues), so if you wish to get the information you suggest you might like, in the below message, and in the related reply sent simultaneously, just provide a proper email address and case numbers etc. for the exchanges.

    ie - the Old Ways do work. = Your innovations are valueless. And your long term policies of blocking contact and minimising support are now "reaping their reward"?

  19. I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay

    I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.
