  3. Why did you "UPGRADE" the system? It's less good and less simple to use. Who's bright idea was it to do this? They sould be fired.f

    The 'old' system worked fine. This so-called UPGRADE is no longer simple, inclusive or user friendly. All this for a NEW SCREEN? Ridiculous!

  5. AOL emails diverted to "Recently Deleted...

    I have been finding many emails that have gone directly to "Recently deleted." Perhaps this is better than going to "SPAM" but not by much. Has a programming change made this happen?

  6. software issue - please have a toggle switch to turn on/off automatic capitalization of first letter of each sentence

    I lost the use of one hand. It is very difficult for me capitalize words with only one hand. It would be nice to have a settings toggle switch to automatically capitalize the first letter of each sentence.

    On my laptop, there is an automatic capitalization function in the system settings, but it does not apply when using AOL Mail.

  7. CANT LOG IN TO POST COMMENTS ANYMORE? IS THAT NOW ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO PAY AOL?

  9. IMPROVEMENT!!!

    Today, fearing I'd run into more problems, I switched to Standard AOL. WHOA!!! font size, style and colors are back! THANK YOU! Page layout (margins, center, left, right) is back! Thank you! The ability to scroll through my emails instead of pages is returned. THANK YOU! The ability to attach more than one photo at a time is restored! THANK YOU! Will now try to type captions above or below each photo and see what happens. YOU ARE LISTENING AND RESPONDING! THANK YOU!!!!

  10. Better help on phone calls for help

    My Favorites folder lost all of my folders ever since the "upgrade" to email. Called help and got some one who cannot speak english very well then my call was disconnected. Needless to say I got no help and still do not have my folders. I've been a member since 1997.

    I am trying to compose a new email, using different font sizes, font colors and wanting to use the italic font style for a portion of message. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO DO NOW! Please go back to original (not basic, not standard, but the original highly used and appreciated aol)!
