Agreed. Spending an hour or more on hold to try and resolve and email issue that was the result of AOL's unannounced tinkering with their login security protocols is infuriating!

Why do we pay for AOL to not provide a service? I get an endless recording that loops when I put in a choice and says "I don't get it" That is true, AOL doesn't get it. We are paying to receive service, not NOTHING.

I just 'updated' my verification status...but was told that I must have tech support and pay for Ito use the envelope icon to access my account. I also have trouble sending images suddenly on my iPad AOL .

Not happy trying to delete mail in y trash but an error comes up saying ail is not there BUT IT is visually there still!

5 weeks of AOL mail serious problems. Reporting a bug gives an error message;( can't send!!) AOL/VERIZON you should loose your Internet license.

On the phone, the AOL representative advertised technical support services if I signed up for $4.99 a month. I was concerned about this given I did not feel assured I would ever reach technical support. After waiting on the phone for 2 hours a day for 2 days in a row, I never was connected with a representative. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPABLE to bill me for this $4.99 on principle. Please refund me as soon as possible. It is so unreasonable to bait and switch customers like this. Especially ones who have been with your services for 25 years.
