You make it seem as if it’s justification for all the MAGA rebelliousness surrounding elections!

The truth, according to the Colorado Dept of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles, is that…

“The Colorado Road and Community Safety Act (CO-RCSA SB13-251) passed by the Colorado legislature [with bi-partisan support!] in 2013 allows all Coloradans to obtain a non-REAL ID compliant driver license, regardless of immigration status, as long as they meet all requirements and provide proof of identity and Colorado residency.”

According to an article posted by The Hill, “Driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants an issue in three states” by Jon Feere, 10/27/14

“An ID company, MorphoTrust, erroneously issued 524 standard Colorado driver’s licenses to illegal aliens [not "tens of thousands," as you claimed!]. Under federal law, licenses issued to illegal immigrants are required to have [a black label indicating they are "Not Valid for Federal Identification, Voting or Public Benefit Purposes."], but these did not. MorphoTrust … has been trying to get the licenses returned.”

A Colorado Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) official has confirmed that 189 licenses had remained unaccounted for, and the latest unofficial update (as of 10/27/14) is that only 43 of those licenses are still outstanding.
