Again, I agree with the legions of frustrated AOL longtime users for all the reasons they’ve listed re: this latest horrible version. Additionally, in setting you can’t set an automatic email to yourself so you know the email “sent”. And I go to ‘sent’ mail it it’s not there either. And when you copy then paste it into an email, you don’t see it as you could in the previous version so you know you pasted the correct “copied’ item. Only a paper clip icon shows (that is not helpful , I don’t know the attachment is what I truly wanted to send).
Please go back to what worked well before. Your tech support people have created a disaster. It is hurting my communications with customers, clients, friends. It is creating major probkems and delays. Please!!!
