Ugh!!!!! M having this issue too! I'm going to have to get another email after over 24 years with the same email, if I can't get it to work through email apps on my phone I'm done. They claim covid, they just don't want to help their users. They changed the way you can access emails but now it won't work and they refuse to help anyone unless you pay but even then it doesn't look like they help you then either!!!! On my one phone I haven't been able to get email since early February... Not happy at all. And in order to post anything you have to agree to more terms that I don't agree with but have to in order to post it! Corporate American evil
