How can I get (alerts@njtransit.ealert.com) to stop emailing me. They refuse to stop even after I’ve asked multiple times over the course of seven years. Their customer services acknowledge my request, but continue to send emails. I no longer live in NJ for the last seven years. To whom can I file a formal complaint on your end.
