How can we improve AOL Mail?

Serious problems using AOLmail on my phone.

I have used AOL mail for years. Suddenly I have serious problems. Every time I click on a new email, instead of opening it, the software now PERMANENTLY deletes the email. I have completely lost three work emails before I could open them and read them.

This is not happening on my laptop. Don’t blame my phone. It’s your software that has changed.

    I've used AOL for decades and am having the same problem as @Howard Walker.
    If I click on an email in the inbox, it flashes across my mobile phone screen and disappears.
    I have no idea if it has been permanently deleted as I cannot access the 'old emails' folder or any of the other aol folders using mobile phone.
    It's only been happening the last few days. What on earth changed?
