Improving cust svc.
Fix all your problems. I have tried to submit my feedback as a 20+ yr user of aol re inbox chg which I was given no choice to select or not and when I try to send to you, it deletes it and brings up this page. Three times and you are out. I am going to switch to gmail as much as I hate to. Besides, I spent 3 hrs tonight trying to open aol on my Lenovo and all I got was aol not responding to Microsoft so I tried on this for emergency use only phone" as I needed to get an email to my daughter who is long asleep now and then spend another hour fighting on this. It's not worth wasting my previous time. I can't even get help from you even though I pay for it each month cause I cannot get thru to actually speak to someone and all this now has my eye throbbing (I had cancer in my left eye and 2 surgeries and it has made using the computer or just reading a luxury but I can only do for a short time - max approx 20 min) so I must get some rest now and hope I can fall asleep and get away from the throbbing and burning pain from too much staring. Even comments don't work. All changes are ****. AND, cannot even get the feedback or suggestions to post. They just keep blanking out and telling me the form can't be left blank. Can't deal with this anymore. There are other email providers so I guess after 20+ years I'll be saying adieu to aol as my time is too valuable to waste on this and get NOWHERE!
