Why log on
Why must I log on to get the feedback page, then log onAgain to send feedback? Seems like a good way of being able to tell the public “Nobody’s complaining.”

Why, after being an aol user since they sent out their first “free” floppy and watching aol go to h in a hand basket do I even care anymore? Because I STILL have business that needs to be cleared!!!!!!
