I can't even get the feedback option to allow me to submit my feedback anyway!

I can't mark junk mail as spam with this new app. I hate it! It's very user unfriendly! I want the old app access back! No warning about the change. I had to go to the tmobile store for help. I couldn't access my email for 5 days! I've had AOL since 1992. My kids think I'm nuts to stay with you. Fix this NOW!

why did you change the inbox format? now inundated with ads, is this your way of getting me enroll on ad free?

Every time you update, the App stops working (Android). I have to uninstall/reinstall then I have to reset all my preferences and defaults. When I open new emails, it always jumps dead to the bottom of the message forcing me to scroll to the top to read. I can't type replies because they jump to the bottom of the message in mid keystroke. Newest issue, when I check a bunch of messages for deletion, I have to make an additional scroll up move to get the trashcan icon. There are zero virtues to this app, I've been making the same complaints about the jumping screen for 3 years, and nothing has changed. I am given fixes that don't do a thing. I am now migrating to Google.

I absolutely HATE the new design - very awkward to use on my Kindle. PLEASE go back to the old one!!!

I have read many of the top ranked postings and ALL of them are spot on. Your idea of progress is ridiculous. The people who came up with this so called improved system should be fired! If we don't have a really improved system or revert to the old system by this time next week, I will switch from AOL to Gmail!!

Wo bleibt die Innovation, wo bleibt das Moderne, der Eye Catcher. Das Besondere? Die Welt ist nicht Schwarz-Weiß, warum werden die Websites immer wieder genau so gestaltet. Es sieht alt aus. Genau so hätte man eine Maiobox 2000 auch gemacht. Das Logo eine Simple Font. Nichts aussagend. Keine aussagefähigen. Langweilig. Warum? Css hat mittlerweile soviele neue Möglichkeiten. Wo ist der Innovationsgeist von früher hin?:Ich als Programmierer und Designer finde es einfach schade. AOL sollte nicht im Jahr 2000 festhalten, sondern frisch und neu werden. Eine Glasschrift vtll? In dem sich ein Regenbogen spiegelt für Vielfalt. Dann das komplette Mail Konzept auf einen Hintergrund mit Skizzen von Stiften, Briefumschläge, @ Symbol, Papierflieger o.ä. Darüber die einzelnen Flächen als Glassplatten mit dem neuen blur Effekt. Leichte Spiegeleffekte sind schnell gemacht.

AOL was so great when people could sort emails alphabetically. This was so efficient and helped people to prioritize important emails and delete unwanted junk. Also, at one time people could get alerted to incoming emails that were designated as priority. Without these two features emails just accumulate at a horrendous rate into tens and hundreds of thousands of emails. It is now impossible to keep up with incoming emails in a timely fashion.

Go back to way it was before this last change. I really don't like it anymore

the new AOL no longer works with the screen controls on my Pixel 6 phone. The app covers the controls and won't allow me to send links or switch/screen shot AOL stories anymore. This is a major inconvenience and I will no longer be using AOL until it is fixed.

stop fixing something that wasn't broken

this update is terrible please go back. takes more time to get thru. adds always interfere with the mail
