im sick of marking messages spam then the same messages are there the next day saying theyre closing my account if I don't pay !I get an average of 7 every day !

over 400 spam mail today when are you going to do something if i block them i would get about 3 days till i reach 1000 its only 6 pm so i know there will be more today paying for this how about some service

The email addresses are always different, so I can't just block the address. Please let us block certain words again!

Create a "profanity list" and allow subscribers to opt in. Auto-Delete any spam with words appearing on the profanity list. Blocking senders and creating filters is ineffective. The profane spam keeps on coming.

Sex and perversion is NOT needed, yet I cannot block most of these senders???? This is now getting incessant!
If you cannot sort this out, then it is time for me to change my email addresses with you, and instigate new ones with a company who can control such spam rubbish!

AOL can improve mail by seeing that AOL advertisers adhere to your policies. Harassing and offensive spam emails does not make your AOL users feel comfortable or welcome on your site. I continue to get lots of vulgar, filthy and offensive spam email daily, I cannot fathom why AOL with monitoring and oversight cannot do something to stop this barrage of **** sent daily. I fail to understand how it would be considered censure to stop these spam emails since AOL is not an advertised **** site. Please AOL intervene with this probelem so that your users can feel welcome again.

Spam filters don't work. I get LOTS of vulgar, disgusting emails regarding sex. I used the filters and still get more of the same. Please make your filters work. Also some emails that I want and names that are in my Contact list go straight to delete and I don't find out about it until much later. DON'T PUT THINGS IN DELETE THAT I DIDN'T DELETE.

This needs to be banned . It is the result of an angry hacker that hacked into my Facebook and Instagram accounts that I ended up reporting to Meta AI and closing it down!! Merita Wright
