why are so many of inbox going into spam?

In the last month I am getting at least a dozen spam messages daily, and although they are in my Spam folder, they need to be deleted before they go to Spam. AOL algorithms know what is Spam and can delete so I never seem Spam in my Spam folder.

Way too much spam. All unwelcome and uninvited. Too much of it is nasty, or fat shaming, or flat out lies, has no unsubscribe option, or the unsubscribe option does not work.
All of them have email addresses that are undeliverable.
It looks to me like it's intentional, letting the spam through. Maybe you get kickbacks.

We have to jump through hoops to even sign in. And you deliver copious spam with no good return address.

How many users are getting copious messages about their cloud account?
I get dozens. I have no cloud account.

Do a better job of filtering out messages with no good return address.
Refuse to deliver them if there is no unsubscribe options.

AI can easily handle this.
So, what is the hold up?

Please AOL do not ask for feedback if you continue to ignore them. AOL can be improved by stopping the continuation of the vulgar; filthy spam emails that are sent daily. it is not enough to say that they go into the spam email. These abhorrent spam emails should be filtered and not allowed into the customers mailbox. I have written about this issue to AOL several times. Instead of AOL stopping this garbage from reaching the mailbox they are increasing daily. Currently, there are so many of the filthy spam e-mails that since only 500 could be accommodated in filter the current ones have to deleted inorder to add the new ones. Please AOL address this issue.

I hate filthy, offensive, sexually suggestive ads. there should be a way to block them, so they can't get anywhere near my page.

There is an unbelievable amount of Spam coming through with worrying email addresses - worrying on the one hand because they contain familiar names (but are not genuine), and on the other hand because there are quite a few with obvious pornographic content. Even if I block all the addresses, new ones with the same user name but different domain name come through.

Also, the Spam folder does not even show a number next to it, so unless I check the folder, I don't know that new emails have landed there.

Filter and delete any and all inappropriate and harmful email, eg sexually disturbing content should be filtered out at a higher level and not even make it to my spam folder. I am blocking these and feeling it is harmful just reading this. I do not go on any sites like this and I feel it is so disturbing. Please have stronger walls and better filters at a higher level to prevent obviously horrible stuff.

improve your spam blocking sensitivity to stop obvious ***** and billing scams.

I tag emails as spam and identical emails are still passed to my inbox. I create spam filters and emails with the indicated contents are still passed to my inbox. I can't block senders because spammers have figured out how to create single-use sending addresses.

I've tried calling your support number and all your rep wants to do is sell me a support contract before providing any assistance. I'm hoping that there is some way for you to provide the service you are supposed to provide without needing more money from me first.
