  1. Remove the censorship or at the very least list the words that get posts rejected.

    Stop being a biased news place and post some positive things rather than attacking articles on Trump or republicans and stop favoring non Americans more so than Americans.

  10. get rid of two factor sign in unless requested

    Your two factor sign in is becoming a major pain. I can't change the options or the order of options. If I sign in five times a day I have to go through the same nonsense five times a day. My password is secure, I don't keep much of a confidential nature in e-mails I don't need this. When I am on the road it makes some sense but, when I am home it is just a pain.

    ALL I WAS DOING WAS TRYING TO SIGN OUT OF MY MAIL ACCOUNT. TURNS OUT YOU SAID I HAD TOO MANY SPAM THINGS SO MY REQUEST COULDN'T BE DONE! WELL, HERE'S AN IDEA... STOP PUTTING THE ******** SEX ADVERTISMENT **** IN MY SPAM FOLDER ALONG WITH THE SCAMMERS SAYING MY CLOUD ACCOUNT NEEDS TO HAVE THE PAYMENT METHOD UPDATED WHEN IN REALITY...   15. How about not sending me emails that were never delivered in 2022? I recently received a bunch of emails from 2022 in Dec. 2025!

    This week (first week of December, 2025) I found messages (unread) that dated back to the year 2022!

    UNACCEPTABLE.

    Please explain how this occurred as spam never seems to have this problem.

    Also, More spam than ever is not getting filtered out. Each day, I seem to have to send 4-10 emails to "spam"

    I also note that periodically, I clean out my mailbox, then find new emails popping up that are from 5-10 days prior.

    I guess you need better spam filters to ensure more direct mail gets through instead of spam taking a priority over legitimate emails (emails…

  16. I have had aol email for decades...please restore the previous categories Old Mail and New Mail and discontinue the Inbox and Unread Mail!

    Please return the old system of emails with New Mail and Old Mail rather than Inbox and Unread. Very Very Very confusing after using the traditional method for 30+ years! Change can be good but is completely unnecessary and causing problems in this case.

  18. Stop all SPAM mail that have vulgar words

    Why is it, that with all the technology we / you (AOL) have, you (AOL) can NOT block Spam mail with words like: *, *, *, ***, etc.? I have been a member for MANY, MANY years, but am VERY seriously thinking about switching to another service that may "filter" their mail better!
