  3. Why don't you have real people checking comments on articles?

    Many, many people make unpleasant comments that clearly are against your guidelines. These are allowed. Comments that are NOT disrespectful but may not agree are not allowed. Interesting concept. Apparently, AOL uses some algorithm that allows 'more on' but not 'moron'. And whether that's distasteful depends entirely on how it's used. I'm very tired of being addressed as "honey". I'm a woman, that doesn't make that term OK. But it's allowed. I find that disrespectful.

    How do you justify censoring a comment that is simply agreeing with a comment you did not censor???????? You really need to evaluate your censor staff or follow your own rules.

  9. my contacts information is not on this new stupid format, I liked it the way it was so go back to what we had.

    Get rid of this newest format and go back to what we had. My contacts have now disappeared and I have them NO WHERE ELSE....I am furious and the AOL COMMENTS SECTIONS isn't coming up anymore, why?

  12. Please bring the old AOL email format

    Please bring back the original (Prior) email format. You have recently changed the AOL email format and it is difficult to use and very confusing. The prior format was wonderful for "at a glance" checking emails. You have made format changes in the past and they were never a problem. Then new format is awful!! It is NOT easy to use.
