New email system
The new email system sucks! Took 30 minutes to find everything I needed to forward an email. In the old system I could have done in it 15 seconds. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

Don't disappear messages I mark as "safe."
I'm getting (in one Filter Folder) messages with the instruction "we marked this message in your Inbox as possible spam. Click on "safe" or "confirm as spam."
When I click on "safe," the message(s) completely disappear. They do not end up in the Spam folder.
This is in Webmail on a computer laptop.

Stop labeling Fox News email pushes as possible spam. You don't do that for CNN news email pushes
You label email from Fox news as possible SPAM even though I have them in my address boo. You don't do it for anything from CNN. It makes aol appear to be biased.
We think this is spam. We still put this into your Inbox as the sender is in your contact list. You can mark this message as safe or remove the sender.

Comments section on news stories just stopped working.
I was looking at comments on stories on which I'd already posted. I clicked on a comment in my notifications, and it took me to the article but didn't show comments. I know there were comments on the article because I had previously posted comments on the article and someone had responded to the comment I tried to view. I tried other news articles, clicked on "Comments," and the word "Comments" disappeared and no comments were shown. What is going on?

You appear to have begun blocking commenting for all people now on the AOL news carousel. I strongly resent not being able to present my opinion in the now nonexistent comments section. I will be moving on to MSN now that AOL is denying me my rights, there is nothing more to stay here for.

Remove Yellow button for deleting
Please get those options you added to the blue line turned yellow, I've deleted two messages involuntarily, just because my mouse got in one of those unnecessary icons. Please get rid of them!

Email App Password Generator 'Unavailable at this time' for months.
Yet you require it for MS Outlook and Apple IOS.
I called support on behalf of my relative and tried a three call. I was informed three way calls were not allowed "for Security" can you say COST?
We are both long time Verizon/AOL mail users. He cannot solve without me. I have remote support software on his computer.

Allow people to ask that story comments be haulted if conversation overheated and potentially dangerous
There needs to be better monitoring of some of the story comments. Hate speech gets WAY out of hand in some of them and could be dangerous. We have enough fighting going on in our country. You all are getting to be just like FOX NEWS and just hyping the anger. Please set a "STOP" button so conversations can be halted and let people cool off.

This new policy of forced video ads in the news feed is horrible. It's jarring. Keep doing it and I'll cancel my 20 year subscription.
