   After decades of email link being at top left of page, why has someone suddenly decided that 'Food' or some other link being there is a better idea? There aren't many people still using AOL. We are even laughed at and teased by Gmail users, etc. Is this new annoyance an attempt to finish off AOL email? Please put the email link back where it goes.

6. New Email Format is a Huge Step Backward -- it takes twice as long to do simple tasks!

   What incredible lack of skill or empathy led to the new AOL web email interface that insists you "Apply" every action first before implementing ... eliminates the "Old Mail" folder so you can't find any already-read emails ... features a Search your email box function that no longer works at all ... and makes you go page by page to eliminate Deleted emails instead of in one fell swoop as was done previously?! Plus you can't even see the function options at top or bottom of the screen if you have larger fonts enabled -- you have to scroll up or down to see them, another huge time-waster! You really need to return to the old format, which was clean and efficient.

    With the most recent update to the aol mail from aol.com (using a desktop), text does not wrap. This results in words being broken up between lines and makes reading emails received/sent difficult. Please fix this.

11. Bring back the old mail page or fix mine! No warning, you lost two years of my research, all of my bill pay links!

    I depended on there being New Mail and Old Mail. I stayed with AOL for over 30 years through thick and thin, because I want my read mail to go to the Old Mail folder. I can't stand having ALL the darn mail since the beginning of time in the Inbox! I had an Inbox set up with my research links in mail I'd sent to myself and you destroyed it. I now have 4,000 emails to archive manually. Now each mail I read takes several minutes to manually send to Archive. Also, I can't move to the next email after openibng the current email. I have to exit and go back to the Inbox first. There is no more internal navigation from email to email. I'm paying a monthly fee for an AOL Gold desktop that freezes and moves slower than molasses, and now you've turned your web based AOL mail into a mess. Please return my old AOL Mail format. Like others have said, I have been a customer for a long long time. Yahoo, you should know better than to treat your AOL customers like this.
