  3. AOL mail LOCK OUT TO FORCE CUSTOMER TO PAY MONTHLY

    AOL has locked my mail in order to force me to start a monthly payment to me -- $15. I don't have $15 per month to pay for email so I have to find a new email provider. I feel I've been hijacked -- held ransom -- by AOL. I guess I'll have to change my email address and notify all my contacts. Very low, cheap, ugly of AOL to hold my email for ransom.

  5. advertizing is too much. The constant flashing and loading of ads is distracting forcing me to only read mail on aol.

    the constant changing of ads makes it impossible to read any of the articles plus the constant flashing is proven to cause seizures. ads, lasting longer and not totally foreign goods (MOSTLY CHINA) is not useful since the complaints about the quality of the items for sale has proven to be poor.

  7. How can I access my email account w/o seeing those viscious pro-Trump ads?

    Repugnant/ divisive pro-Trump ads appear EVERY time I try to sign onto my email account. I find it repellent in all regards.

    fact that Hunter Bided emails have been authenticated about him and Joe Biden taking money to pay to play, why are you not reporting on it?   18. Stop Reporting News Headlines

    I am sick of your political news headlines I see every time I log in. It's so frustrating and OBVIOUSLY biased. Just makes me sick a that a Company takes a stance on politics. How do I eliminate ALL of your News Feed Reporting from my account without eliminating my AOL? I have never changed my email address but it's about to be gmail soon.

    You trash Trump at every opportunity you report on him and you praise the liar Biden.

    You and the media in general are the ruination of this country. The fundamental point of our democracy is the freedom of the press. That assumes objective reporting.
