Why is it we get "Page not available, go to inbox" or "Try AOL Free email". Why can't we just click on "EMAIL" and Walaa, there's the email. Trying to get email anymore is getting to be a job in itself.

Deleted Email Search
PLEASE bring back the ability to scan deleted emails when doing an email search! Sometimes I delete an email and am no longer able to retrieve it since deleted emails no longer appear in email search results.

I used to be able to go one by one through your news articles on aol.com. Now, not only do you interrupt the progression, I can't go back to an article. Most of the time I leave the website at the first interruption. It wasn't broken, Why did you fix it? It's now broken. I am now one less person to read your ads.

Your news content is always suspect. Today you reported that Israeli beheadings, burned alive, etc. were not confirmed. Journalists saw it.

I have called to complain several times and see no hope of you changing this STUPID new policy of always having to sign in after ever change of location -- even my home to my apartment! I can never check mail from a hotel or other public place because it's not secure to sign in! YOU GIVE ME NO RECOURSE BUT TO LEAVE AFTER 30 YEARS. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME LEAVE. help stop abuse at aol games
i am continuously abused by player lucy_petrillo1 at aol poker. she threatens my life, lies about me and harasses me non stop. i report her to masque and the monitor does nothing to her. If i stand up to her she reports me and masque will mute me. this goes on and on. Masque punishes who ever petrillo decides to target. she has said monitor at masque is her friend, she brags she can do whatever she wants to and that monitor at masque thinks she is ****.
