Aol Seems to be employing the trolls on the site and it needs to stop. Art, Laura and some others do not show up in the notifications
These name callers can not be muted and reporting their violations of the rules gets no results I have noticed they do not show up in the notifications so I am wondering if they are employed By AOL and if that is true it is disgusting.

I'm surprised you have a category called "News". I still have your service only because it is a convenience to me. Several times as you have viciously and ruthlessly attacked the right I've come close to canceling, but have choked back my disgust and continued. when I try to go to aol mail, aol's program takes me to aol news
How about putting it back so that when people go to aol mail, they actually go to aol mail instead of going to aol news. How did aol ***** up something so simple. AOL mail should take people to aol mail. AOL news should take people to aol news. DUH!

Why is AOL messing with the comments section and screwing it up royally?
I clicked on my comments notifications and was taken to the correct article. However, the comments were for a different article. How in the world did your programmers mess this up? It seems they've been making a lot of changes, NONE OF THEM GOOD.

Hire people as "writers" who actually know, understand, and practice correct word usage.
Far too often, I read unbelievably BAD grammar and/or the misuse of a word or words. Brayton Riley's article on the deceased animals is a perfect example. She wrote: "The Casey Police Department is currently INVESTIGATION an incident...... The proper or correct word is "INVESTIGATING", not "Investigation. How stupid can you be???!!! And, Brayton, have you ever heard of PROOFREADING???!!!! Duh!!

Problem with Aol App email
On my Aol App on my iphone, a white box has started appearing in the midst of my emails. It is about an inch tall, and as wide as the email list. A grey vertical pillar repeatedly scrolls left to right across it, about every second. I have tried to eliminate this box in various ways, none of which worked, including: a) deleting emails above and below it; b) uninstalling and reinstalling the Aol App; c) cycling the power to my phone; and d) updating the iOS. get rid of Only one polictical parties
The minute I can change emails and save them to another platform, I am cancelling AOL. I have been with AOL since the 90's. I am absolutely offended that only one party (Democrat) is being forced on us. Everyone needs to vote for who they want but not advertising both and forcing ads on a single party is absolutly abhorrent. Can't begin to tell you how angry I am. What gives the vice president the right to use tax payer money to campaign for president? No one else can it has to come out of their own pocket or campaign fund. I was told that no one can use tax payers money for this as it is their own decision to run. When a vice president tried to use the presidential jet and secret service and vehicles etc. that was paid for by our tax dollars he was told if he did he would be defrauding the US Govt. tax dollars as he was running for his own campaign…

The problem with your writing about the Derrick Dearman murders is this: It is ignorant of you to write: ".....he dropped his appeals and ASKING to have his death sentence carried out". You easily could've changed ONE word: "asking", and, instead, wrote: "ASKED" to have his death sentence carried out".
