deleting more than 100 emails at once
it would be very useful to have the option of selecting a certain numbers of emails that i want to delete instead of deleting 100 at once. i have 100.000 emails in my inbox and it will take a very long time for me to declutter my inbox

Location issue on AOL Home screen

m unable to change the current inaccurate location on the AOL Home page. I spoke to AOL representative but we dont have direct fix at this moment. We have tried to access the account information page but it shows the current correct exact address.4859th ranked -

Old Format!
Publish user friendly steps for returning to the old email format. The new one which has been forced on us.....PAYING MEMBERS!!!!.....is not an improvement at all. Rather, it is distracting and cumbersome. Like they say, "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it!!!".

AOL; define your paying consumer population and control by removing the ads and popups whether via your third party vendors or directly

simpler way in inform you of card update.
I have been trying to update my credit card, on my account, have spent 3 hrs. over 2 days. Been jumping though hoop after hoop. been with you for over 25 yrs., never had this problem in the past.

The new mail platform is horrible. it is confusing and hard to navigate. continuous answers and replies are not in a good order. change it
The new platform of mail is unacceptable. it is messy looking and hard to navigate. keep it simple in chronological order as it was before. I am disappointed that I pay premium and am aggravated every time I have to compose.
