Dear AOL!
Login issue
At login, AOL presents: “You will scan a QR code to sign in with a passkey”. When I click the QR Code, I am presented with a case for a flash drive where the QR code is supposed to be, and a passkey to create.
I do not see any QR code to scan, And the passkey I have created is accepted by my other browsers, mobile phone etc. How come AOL does not provide passkey fill out spaces for me to type in my passkey numbers? This all a complete waste of my valuable time…

aol is for email, not erroneous news.
https://mail.aol.com/d/folders/1 often comes up in news, aol has stupid programmers, and they set comments to 280 ascii characters, duh, it is no longer 1980.

jumpy ads
flashing or constantly moving ads can cause seizures...they are disgusting too...if you have to have an ad..keep it a still not some bouncing model ad repeating every 5 seconds.

Return the “old mail” box
Yesterday you removed the “old mail “ box and merged old mail with the inbox by date. VERY CONFUSING. Please return to w”old mail “ box. This was a very poor upgrade if that is how it was intended.
