"Thumbs Up" Likes in comment section
I brought the following issue to your attention five (5) months ago and STILL nothing has been done to address the problem:
"Used to be able to move your curser over the 'Thumbs Up' icon underneath a comment and view a list of who LIKED what you had to say. Now, that feature is no longer available. Not every so-called upgrade is a necessarily good one. Kindly change it back"

Go back to a simpler login process!
I find it highly irritating that the new format inserts news ahead of email. It's hard enough logging in. Then instead of the emails I want to access immediately, I get a bunch of news stories. When I click on email, I STILL get the news menu and have to click AGAIN to go to my actual emails. This wastes my time. IF I WANT NEWS, I'LL GO TO A NEWS SOURCE, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE AOL'S.

AOL Mail Plus desktop and mobile in one account
Can I use one AOL account to subscribe to both AOL Mail Plus Desktop ($4.99/month) and AOL Mail Plus mobile ($1.99/month) for a total of $6.98/month? Is there a third optional plan? I have a subscription of AOL Mail Plus Desktop. I have a free subscription of AOL Mail Plus mobile. If not, I can pay subscription of separating the AOL Mail Pus and AOL Mail Plus mobile. I think both AOL Mail Plus Desktop and Mobile in one account the same time easier to access on the laptop and phone.

Support for Login via AOL Desktop Gold
Certain websites do not support AOL Desktop Gold's internal browser for logging in to your user account. It may be security-related or just due to the age of the internal browser, but often times it fails to sign in. Spectrum (cable provider) is one example of this, but other cases exist.

Uncheck the stay signed in box
I see you've gone back to pre-checking the "Stay Signed In" box on the sign in page. Why is this so important to AOL? If you really cared about your clients' online security this is a no-brainer. It is not a good practice to stay signed in to any online account when you're not using it.Think about staying signed in with your online banking; after 10 minutes of inactivity my bank signs me out automatically. Please remove this check mark ASAP.

Have more real USA news, not fluff or foreign news. AOL is failing in this department.
Have more real USA news, not fluff or foreign news. AOL is failing in this department. Also, seeing the same news articles several days in a row tells me that AOL is not up to date on reporting the news. Please do better in getting the news out there and not just fluff or ADS.

Why can't we choose which outlets we want our news to come from and block others??
Why can't we determine which news outlets we want to show-up on our opening AOL page?? We should be able to delete ones we have no interest in hearing from and be able to choose which outlets we want to show-up on all ways to access news. (Opening page and "Home") And not just the ones that you decide to offer; but, all news outlets that can be plugged into the feed like Fox; One America News; and NewsNation instead of all the posts you have from fake-news, CrappyNN; AP; legacy; MSDNC; Reuters; etc. My choice not urs if you…
