You sent me a confusing pop up screen that I tried to get rid of and instead you are charging me for something I did not want
You put a pop up screen on my Emails and when I tried to get rid of it I end up getting charged for something I did not want. I do not want a charge on my credit card due to a pop up that you falsely sent to me to confuse me and charge me for something that I did not order.

AOL is aking me for a passkey to enter AOL Mail. But can't enter a paskey because I don't have one. Could not set up a passkey because the needed QR Code did not show up even with AOL support team help.

Security Key
How do you insert a Security Key when you have not made it possible to create one for login/sign in purposeds. You instruct Click NEXT to Scan QR Code. When I click NEXT Firefox comes up asking to insert Security Key.
How bizarr is that? I have sent you, AOL, many messages all to no avail. Not even one response. It is all a complete waste of my time.
I now wish to leave 2 way verification.

AFter selecting a couple of emails on mail.aol.com, the website seems to freeze up asnothing else can be interacted with, but the other options on the browser still work. This seems to only happen after the page is refreshed, tried it on chrome and edge without having different results

The sensational articles posing as relevant and truthful news stories or health issues are nothing but click bate. I am trying to remove myself from AOL as soon as possible. Defective Mail Composer: Cursor disappears on every AD refresh on the screen
While composing a new email, the cursor disappears every time a new AD pops up on the right side of the screen on a desktop or laptop computer (Windows)!! This has been going on for weeks, if not even months now and is extremely annoying. I now have to write the text of my mail in a word processor then copy and paste into the mail message to send it. This is totally unacceptable!!
