  1. Stories not in sync with headline. Page have to be refresh to reload, often!

    What is going on with AOL stories, Headlines and stories are not in sync. Have refresh after reading story to get the page to reload.

  4. Make it easier to add and especially delete credit cards in wallet. I added a verified credit card yet I cannot delete the existing card.

    In wallet (which is difficult to find), once AOL has verified a new credit card, we should be able to delete the old credit card. I have yet been able to do that. I can delete the new card but can not delete the old card.

  5. Banner Text For News Items Missing on Firefox, have to hit F5 key 4 times for text to appear. What is causing this?

    About a couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the text next to the news banners was somehow gone. I am using Firefox and if I hit the F5 key usually 4 times the text will appear. What is causing this? This is the first time I have experienced this problem but it is still happening when I call up my home page AOL.COM Why does hitting the F5 key 4 times suddenly fix the problem? Any ideas of what is causing this?

  6. I want to turn off the two step verification and the tch support guy ()who barely speaks English) told me there is a "manage" section whePL

    The tech guys (who barely speaks English) told me there is a place to manage that - no, there is not. Where? I'm so frustrated - I cleaned my cashe and now I have to go through this ridiculous log in **** EVERY time. Help me!

  8. Accessing aol.com mail on a chromebook using Chrome & Firefox browsers. Unable to open one mail folder to access the 2 subfolders inside.

    While accessing my AOL mail account on aol.com on a Chromebook through both Chrome and Firefox browsers, I am unable to expand one of my folders to get to the two sub-folders within. The caret arrow to the left of the folder name changes direction but the folder doesn't expand.

  12. cancelling my billing instructions are not accurate

    I am trying to switch to a FREE AOL account from a paid one. The instructions say to go to My Subscriptions, Manage, and Change plan. The change plan only list more paid plans and not option to go to free plan.

  19. Comment Approval...

    First you send an email stating that "Your comment on AOL was published." Then, you pull it off & there's a "Hold on, your comment is waiting for approval" messaged above the original shaded comment. Well, which is it AOL? Your customers are so over the AI system you currently have in place. And frankly, we question whether anyone actually reads these Feedback posts. Not to mention the thousands of them sitting on this feed.
