    You screwed up our email format and refuse to let us revert to the original.

  6. To improve AOL, return to original format.

    The 'NEW" AOL is difficult to navigate, loses data, makes emails 'DISAPPEAR' for no reason and system is NOT USER FRIENDLY. Please return to original system or AT LEAST allow original system to be available to user.

    I have lost most of the contact information with phone numbers and extensive notes. I have been a long term AOL user and rely on the contact information for my business activities. I am sure you have backup on all my contacts. Please help rectify this situation and contact me. AOL IT department PLEASE contact me.

  11. totally not happy with AOL.. Go back to showing sports score up front in sports and the stock market #s up front new format is horrible

    please go back to the previous format for AOL news I do not like that I have tom search for sports scores and search for the previous and current stock market numbers!!! may consider dropping AOL.

    When we tried to log in to ADG, there is an error saying "Error retrieving account info. Please Try Again". AOL agents did a screenshare and exhausted all the available options but still the same error. Please take action on this immediately.

  14. Have Mail filters that work

    I pay for AOL ! I have to review spam folders because occasionally a legitimate email gets in there.
    There are many disgusting "subjects" let through.
    The mail filters (send to trash) do not work ! Why do you even pretend to offer them a/

    This is a complaint about a recent ad that you're running on AOL Gold. It is a disgusting ad of a huge cockroach running around. First, I have an aversion to cockroaches and second it's very distracting. I can't believe anyone in AOL's ad dept approved it to be shown. Please cancel this ad.

  20. get the button back to basic mail

    get the go to basic mail back its too slow we cant get through any emails takes over 1 minute to delete anything and go back ridiculous. I have 8000 im trying to get through and taking weeks no matter which browser i use we dont need all that crazy stuff
