  2. Aol app installed does not allow me to get into my acct. by signing in. I get a black screen with icon that shows it's trying to log in .

    AOL app problem. I tried already to uninstall and reinstall the application and also change the password, but still showing the black screen when I finished to sign in. In addition, I tried to contact the support but still the issue shown . Please address this issue immediately.

  4. You can improve AOL by making sure whenever I sign in, the correct account is assigned to me.

    Sometimes when I sign in, my account is under the name, "Vincent" but with a different set of numbers than my original account, therefore it shows I have never posted comments in a comment section, nor can I see other people's replies to comments I have posted under my correct account, and I know I have replies because it says I have replies in my notifications. You guys suck! This is happening more and more and I'm tired of your incompetence!

  5. email from senders in my address book is blocked

    email from a sender at @live.co.uk to a @compuserve.com email address does not arrive. I can send to them, they cannot reply. There is of course, it seems, NO WAY AT ALL of dealing with this. or of notifying you. This is a travesty of "service". Its past time public utility standards of behaviour applied.

    why does AOL allow so much spam to collect unnecessarily.

    I use other email accounts with little to NO spam items in my account.

  11. Stop data breaches which took place after your most recent updates. All my data (certainly over the 25 allowed) was sent via email

    Since the AOL format changes, I sent a copy of a photo and then a copy of a scan to a recipient and the AOL system attached AOL OF MY PERSONAL DATA to the recipient. What a TERRIBLE breach of my privacy let alone the 25mg max you say you can send. This is a HORRIBLE BUG which needs to be fixed so this doe not happen to me again no to another user. Yes, I am sure no other files were attached, contacted my Internet and phone provider to verify nothing on their end changed and it all comes…

    At least Musk is not handing out millions of Communist Chinese money to the President's son and other family members for no legitimate or productive purpose other than to gain access and influence while denying those facts.   17. GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL FORMAT FOR E-MAIL. THE NEW E-MAIL FORMAT IS TERRIBLE

    I had to go to another computer . I got my AOL home page but . Almost every page has scrambled words or they are blacked out . Now we are in our late 70's so its very hard for us to do a lot. We did have a friend help us with the change over . But how do I get the letters so I can read my E-mail? Thank you any help

    When I open AOL to check my email, I find it bothersome that your news editors select biased articles and headlines presenting an overwhelmingly "left" political point of view; every story on president Trump is negative or presents an negative interpretation of his policies without any balance for the millions of people who support the administration.
    Your news department is clearly leftist and Democratic oriented. This is insulting to millions of users who hold more conservative viewpoints.

  20. Why do I have to sign agreement to "AOL OpenID and OAuth terms" EVERY TIME I SIGN IN?!!

    My Apple Mail isn't working so I've switched to AOL.com. Touch ID on my laptop makes signing in easy, but then I get the screen about agreeing to terms, every single time. Isn't once enough?? Can't your system remember me?
