  2. New email is worst. Bring back old page. Or I can leave AOL and spend my money elsewhere.

    Bring back old email format. This one is unhelpful and not easily used. But fear not. AOL doesn't have to respond and I can find another provider to spend my money on.

    I am totally '****** off' witjh Aol. I was reading an article about Man refusedc to be served and was interruped several times with POPup for Mc afee. I restarted reading the article about 5 times and repeatedly got interrupted again and again with the same ad. I wanted to finished the article but the popups kept coming up.     Stop with all those damned ads, they are disruptive to my time on the computer... I am seriously considering changing to another and 'free' service since 99% of my incoming email are **** on AOL !!!!

  8. Return to the original opening page. I have been a member since 1995

    Return to the original AOL format as it was in 1995 when I joined, or I am gone! You infringe on my right to free speech which is a given right under our Constitution. AOL has turned into the Soviet Union.!

  10. New Email Format is a Huge Step Backward -- it takes twice as long to do simple tasks!

    What incredible lack of skill or empathy led to the new AOL web email interface that insists you "Apply" every action first before implementing ... eliminates the "Old Mail" folder so you can't find any already-read emails ... features a Search your email box function that no longer works at all ... and makes you go page by page to eliminate Deleted emails instead of in one fell swoop as was done previously?! Plus you can't even see the function options at top or bottom of the screen if you have larger fonts enabled -- you have to scroll up…
