    I just wanted to thank you for ruining a 20-year relationship with your dating ads that appear while viewing my emails on your phone app. Which she thought i was on them, due to this. Remove the harmful adds from emails on your phone app to prevent this from happening to another.

  4. Stop with extreme liberal bias in your news, I have been using AOL for 25 years but ready to drop them

    It would be nice once in a while you would see a conservative opinion in a more postive light over a liberal opinion. I would be actually be shocked.

    It's very simple...allow attachments to be previewed instead of downloading, filing, reading, and figuring out how to delete...some of us just want to read an attachment instead of storing it.

    I have still not received a response from you in regards to your company honoring their commitment to give me a one time phone support for these issues. Please advise how I can get this done. The original case number on that was 24982171 but I have other case numbers as well including 24970862, 24971372, 25104327 and 25075028.

    why does AOL allow so much spam to collect unnecessarily.

    I use other email accounts with little to NO spam items in my account.

    You post stuff from FOX News that is literally killing people. The pseudo-science (or outright anti-science) that you put up are leading Americans down a path that is killing them. STOP all FOX News posts is an easy way to fix the problem if you cannot or will not vet those articles. This is NOT a free speech issue. You remove comments that violate "Community Standards" but don't apply the same litmus tests to FOX or others who spill lies, misinformation, anti-science stances, pseudo-science and posts that hurt the entire community.     Please enlarge the typfont in your articles. The letters are too small and too light to read. The letters should be larger and darker. If older readers can't read the small type, what's the point of printing them?

    Bring the old format back until the NEW format offers the same mail folders..
    Otherwise I'll convert to gmail... they have saved mail folders, allow for adding new folders,etc within 1 week Ill leave gmail
