  2. When I compose mail it is not grabbing my most used contacts. VERY HARD to USE....I spent 30 minutes with tech support and no resolution

  3. when I search for emails in my inbox it only pulls up ones I sent. Not ones I received. This needs to be fixed.

    Fix the search bar so it finds emails that were sent to me not just ones I sent.

  5. I can never click on the mail/envelope icon and have my mailbox open, it always goes to another screen with some kind of advertisement.

    Need to stop making numerous 'clicks' on the envelope icon necessary just to open the mailbox. Totally dumb, too time consuming, need to put it back to the way it was.

    Also need to make the main screen like it use to be, now everything is too large, have to minimize to get everything on the screen, but then type is way to small.

    WHY did you change a good thing to a troublesome application?

    I used to be able to delete or keep as new emails which haven't been read yet. Now AOL does that without my permission. Why did you change a system that always worked? So annoying!!!!!!

    Why is it we get "Page not available, go to inbox" or "Try AOL Free email". Why can't we just click on "EMAIL" and Walaa, there's the email. Trying to get email anymore is getting to be a job in itself.

    I put in local news and weather for Las Vegas, NV. I get the weather but not the news from there, I get it for a small town just out side of Las Vegas!!! What the heck??? I used to get it, how do you ***** up that???

    PLEASE bring back the ability to scan deleted emails when doing an email search! Sometimes I delete an email and am no longer able to retrieve it since deleted emails no longer appear in email search results.

    I used to be able to go one by one through your news articles on aol.com. Now, not only do you interrupt the progression, I can't go back to an article. Most of the time I leave the website at the first interruption. It wasn't broken, Why did you fix it? It's now broken. I am now one less person to read your ads.

  19. Your news content is always suspect. Today you reported that Israeli beheadings, burned alive, etc. were not confirmed. Journalists saw it.

    senators and journalists saw it. How can you suggest that it might not be true by saying it can't be confirmed? Fuel for terrorist sympathizer. Get out of the news business.
