EMAILS, EMAILS, EMAILS, EMAILS...
EVER SINCE YOU PEOPLE AT AOL DECIDED TO CHANGE TO A NEW EMAIL SET UP, IT TAKES FOREVER LOAD. IF IT EVEN LOADS UP. SOMETIMES IT TAKES MORE THAN 90 SECONDS TO LOAD THE EMAILS. WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IF YOU FIXED THIS CONCERN OR JUST GO BACK TO THE OLD ONE.

About the recent redesign, I have three criticisms/suggestions:
1) When I do a word search, I need to search in deleted files, too. Sometimes a missing message is there, after all, but I am no longer able to extend my searches that far — or if there is a way to do it, I don't know what it is.
2) NOW, when I copy and paste a prepared letter into the message box, I get a space between every paragraph so that the letter goes on endlessly with all these spaces. Please get rid of that feature. This drives me crazy because I have to manually fix the…4763rd ranked -

Do not include horoscopes on your home page or at least offer the choice of seeing them - I do not want to see horoscopes -co
Eliminate horoscopes or at least give the option to not have them on one's homepage. I am considering switching my email if this continues.

All your news feed consist of negative postings and quite frankly it's amateurish. Try to bring it up to at least high school level. It's really garbage.

The new version is TERRIBLE & doesn't sync with the app
GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION or, at the least, offer more customization and the SAME options as the old one!
WHY DID YOU REMOVE INSERTING PHOTOS in the web version? (oddly, you left it in the new Android app) Why doesn't the new app have font formatting?!
Why don't the app and web version work together?? They have TOTALLY different formats, styles, looks, options, and THEY DON'T SYNC!

Two important features are sorely missed in the new version of AOL, bring them back pls.
I sorely miss the ability to open a second email while in the inbox. I often need to check back in a previous email which we could do before - we were able to "open as a separate" window. That was very convenient, used it all the time
Second feature that is lacking that was important was being able to insert a photo between text vs. only attaching at the end. If one is sending multiple photos, one could explain each one but not they are all lumped together in attach.
Please bring those 2 features BACK TO AOL. Thank…
